Bring Your Idea to Life at PEP -
Use the PEP Atelier

✨ Pure Énergie Positive is more than a name, it's a living idea.
Our space in Yverdon-les-Bains is open to people who want to create, share, connect, and offer something meaningful to the community.
Whether you're an artist, a facilitator, or simply someone with an idea and good intentions, here’s how you can bring it to life at PEP.

Who can use the space?

All activities at PEP are open to our active members.

Joining the association is simple, symbolic, and gives you access to a unique and evolving cultural hub where experimentation and collaboration are encouraged. Membership isn’t just about accessing a space, it’s about becoming part of a community that values inclusion, freedom, creativity, and care.

As a member, you can:

Exhibit your art – Use our dedicated gallery wall space to showcase your work in monthly rotations, with options for vernissages and public events.

Host workshops or events – Lead a session, run a class, or initiate a collective gathering. Our space supports non-formal education, expression, and exploration.

Organize community gatherings – From discussions to dinners, meditation circles to movie nights, bring people together around shared interests or causes.

Launch small markets or creative sessions – Share and trade crafts, creations, secondhand gems, or handmade objects in pop-up style micro-events.

You don’t have to be a professional. You don’t have to be an expert. You just have to care.

Our Principles

No big money rules here, but no freeloading either.

We protect our space, our time, and each other.

We say yes to what brings energy and connection.

We say no (with love) to what disrupts the vibe or ethics.

All activities must respect PEP’s core values:
Inclusivity, collaboration, creativity, care, and autonomy.

How to start?

1. Become a Createur member → [Join PEP]

2. Choose your activity type

3. Submit your request form (we’ll respond quickly)

4. Confirm details and dates with us

5. Co-create something beautiful

THE PEP PRINCIPLE:
"If it's for profit, it shares profit."

If your exhibition, workshop, or event is for profit, we ask for a symbolic contribution to help sustain the space and support our collective mission. We don’t operate like a commercial venue—there are no hourly rental rates. Instead, we believe in reciprocity over rent, and we adapt to your situation with flexibility and care.

There are generally three types of space use at PEP:

Free community events are always welcome. If you're hosting an open circle, a social meetup, a talk, or any activity that is free for participants, the use of the space is free as well.

Volunteer-led workshops or symbolic-price activities—those that only ask for donations or small fees to cover materials or time—can also use the space freely. We encourage you to contribute a donation to the association if you're able.

For-profit activities—events that generate income—are invited to contribute through a small flat fee or a modest percentage of your earnings, depending on the scale and nature of the event.

For for-profit use, here’s a simple guideline:

If your activity earns under CHF 200, a contribution of between CHF 25 or a donation is suggested.
For earnings between CHF 200 and CHF 500, we suggest a flat fee of CHF 40–70 or about 15% of the revenue.
If your event earns more than CHF 500, we recommend contributing between 15–20% of the total.

These are flexible guidelines—not rigid rules.
If your project carries meaning and value but your resources are limited, talk to us.
We’ll always prioritize shared energy and intention over financial metrics.

Our creative space in Yverdon‑les‑Bains is open to anyone with the desire to create, connect, and contribute something meaningful to the community.
