Association Pure Énergie Positive

Café Échange.
Where Ideas, Stories, and People Come Together

At Pure Énergie Positive, we believe the most meaningful connections happen when people sit down, share, and listen.
Café Échange is our free, open‑door community gathering, a cozy “café of ideas” where anyone can join, bring their story, and connect with others through art, creativity, and conversation.

No formal lessons, no pressure.
Just a warm space to reflect, exchange, and feel inspired.

🧩 What is Café Échange?

Each edition of Café Échange begins with a theme, sometimes artistic, sometimes deeply personal. One month we might explore the way photography shapes memory. Another, we might sit with questions of sustainability, or reflect on the small stories that make up our lives.

Whatever the theme, the invitation is always the same: bring your perspective. Bring a memory, an idea, a question, or just your curiosity. Together, we gather as equals  around tables, over coffee  to speak, to listen, to reflect, and to create something shared.

It’s not a class, nor a performance. There are no right answers, no experts here  just a roundtable of voices weaving a quiet tapestry of connection.
Sometimes it’s about creativity. Sometimes it’s about intimacy. Always, it’s about the beauty of simply being present with one another.

✨ Café Échange: Creative and Caring Conversations

Café Échange is a twice-monthly gathering hosted at PEP Atelier in Yverdon-les-Bains.
These cozy, informal meetings are open to everyone and designed to foster connection, creativity, and well-being.
Each edition explores a different theme, always with tea, coffee, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere.
Here are the first three themes you can join us for:

📸 Café Photo – Sharing Perspectives

If you love photography  whether you’re a professional, an amateur, or just someone who enjoys capturing moments  this Café is for you. Bring one or two photos that mean something to you and share the story behind them. Meet like-minded creatives, discover new perspectives, and connect through images in a judgment-free space.
Photo Café is a monthly gathering hosted by PEP — not a class, not a lecture, but a moment to share and connect around images that matter.

🎯 Who is it for?
Professional photographers who enjoy sharing insights or meeting fellow creatives.

Aspiring pros or self-taught photographers seeking inspiration, connection, or soft feedback.

Curious amateurs exploring the power of images in everyday life.

Anyone who feels moved by a photo and wants to share it in a caring, human environment.

🤝 What you’ll experience:
Present one or two photos that move or inspire you.

Hear stories from others, discover new perspectives.

Meet like-minded people through the lens of photography.

Maybe… spark a future project or collaboration!

👉 Free and open to all. No pressure, no judgment.
👉 A gentle gateway into other PEP activities: creative workshops, photography courses, community projects.
👉 For professionals, it might even be an opportunity to partner with PEP in future events.

Tea, coffee, and good company provided.

🌱Café Body & Emotions – My Body, My Image

A gentle sharing circle to talk about body image, emotions, and our relationship with food and ourselves. This Café welcomes anyone who feels they carry the weight of expectations  whether personal, social, or emotional.
Café Body & Emotions is not a therapy group or medical session — it’s a caring, community-based conversation circle. You are welcome to share, listen, reflect, or simply be present.

🎯 Who is it for?
Anyone who has ever struggled with body image, eating habits, or the way emotions live in the body.

Those who’ve experienced things like overeating, disordered eating, body-related stress, or a difficult relationship to the mirror.

Parents, carers, or supportive professionals curious about these issues.

Anyone interested in exploring the body-emotion connection in a creative and supportive setting.

🤝 What you’ll find:
A gentle, facilitated sharing circle, held by someone from the PEP team or a sensitive guest facilitator.

Optional creative mini-exercises (e.g. collage, short writing, expression prompts) to go beyond words if you wish.

A no-pressure environment where you can observe or engage at your own pace.

A chance to meet others who understand what you're going through.

👉 This Café is also a doorway to PEP’s other wellness-based offerings, like creative self-image workshops or emotional eating support activities.

Tea, coffee, kindness and care await you.

🌀 Café Hypersensitivity – When Everything Feels Too Much

Life can feel overwhelming especially for those of us who are highly sensitive, gifted, or neurodivergent. This Café offers a calm and inclusive space to share experiences, feel understood, and connect with others who “feel everything.” Perfect for teens, adults, and carers who want to better navigate sensitivity in today’s world.

🎯 Who is this for?
For people who identify with high sensitivity, high potential (giftedness), ADHD, or other forms of neurodivergence.

For those who feel the world more intensely than others — sounds, emotions, people, energy…

For teens or young adults seeking to understand themselves and break isolation.

For parents, educators, or therapists who want to listen, learn, or connect with others navigating these themes.

For anyone who has ever felt “too much” in a world that moves too fast.

🤝 What can you expect?
To talk with people who experience the world like you do.

To feel seen and understood, without needing to justify your emotions.

To share freely, or simply listen and relax — at your own rhythm.

To try small creative activities (optional) to express what words can’t always say.

To maybe discover a supportive community, and find new paths to live your sensitivity with more peace and joy.

👉 This event is free, gentle, and confidential.
👉 It may also serve as an introduction to other PEP activities on creativity, emotional regulation, or neurodiversity.
👉 The group is facilitated by someone experienced and compassionate toward neuro-atypical profiles.

Tea, coffee, soft light, and no pressure.
