At PEP, we believe that creativity is not just for artists.
It’s not a skill you either have or don’t.
It’s not a product to perfect.
It’s a human instinct, a way to connect with yourself and with others. A tool for healing, expression, and joy.
We created PEP to be a space where creativity feels safe, welcoming, and alive.
Not an academy. Not a gallery.
But a living room for your imagination. A playground for your emotions. A space where nobody tells you your art is wrong, because that doesn’t exist here.
We offer workshops, open studio time, artistic therapy, and playful community events, each one shaped around our belief that art belongs to everyone.
Our doors are open to all: children, teens, adults, neurodiverse individuals, people with no art background, and people with art degrees they’ve never used. You don’t need to explain yourself to be here. You just need to show up.
We use what we have.
We reuse, remix, and reimagine.
We use brushes and paint with our fingers.
We sculpt with recycled materials.
We print in 3D. We play with AI.
We keep what serves us and leave what doesn’t.
We’re not here to pick sides between analog and digital.
We’re here to explore how creation in any form can unlock something deep, soft, alive in us.
We value slowness. Sensitivity. Shared laughter.
We value the moments between making and meaning.
We value accessibility, financially, physically, emotionally.
We’re not chasing trends. We’re not selling perfection.
We’re building community through color and chaos and kindness.
We are here for those who want to feel more. To reconnect. To try again.
To remember how good it feels to make something with your own hands, and not care if it’s “good.”
Welcome to PEP.
Your creativity belongs here.
PEP operates as a non-profit organization, which means our focus is on our mission, not profits. We reinvest any income into our programs, ensuring accessibility and impact.
PEP operates with a primary focus on our mission—to promote mental and emotional well-being through art and creativity. This means that every decision we make, every program we offer, and every resource we allocate is driven by our dedication to healing and connecting individuals.
Unlike for-profit organizations, we don't chase profits. Instead, any income generated through our workshops, art therapy sessions, or events is reinvested directly into our programs. This ensures that our offerings remain accessible and that our impact continues to grow.
Our core values, including inclusivity, transparency, and community engagement, guide our actions. We strive to create an environment where people from diverse backgrounds can come together, share their experiences, and find support and inspiration.
PEP's funding comes from a variety of sources, including fees from our workshops and art therapy sessions. Additionally, we rely on the generosity of donors who believe in our mission. Every contribution—whether it's time, expertise, or financial support—directly contributes to making a positive change in our community.
